LoadUp was awesome! I was able to get a quote and schedule them online. That was very convenient for me. The price was also very reasonable - especially since they were doing all the moving. I had to reschedule the pick up twice, and I added an add item for disposal. These were also done online, but I did have to take a call to pay for the additional item. If I had any other choice, I would’ve done that instead. I live in a remote town and didn’t have the ability to take my things to the dump myself. So I went to load up since it seemed like an easy fix. Booking was easy enough, even though their prices are outrageous. I understood that majority of the price was for the crew. Good and bad. Good they completed the job as promised (a bit late in arrival) but they did a good job as promised. The bad part is changing your BOM midway etc, which triggers a refund, it may or may not come even if they say it is processed and you have to check with your bank. Your bank says they received nothing, go check with the vendor, hence the merry go round. It is a small amount so, i will let it go. Other than that, I would use them again as their prices are lower than others and gets the job done.
