Timely and very courteous! For the actual removal a bit high but he did travel 35 miles to get here, so add gas I guess okay.
I loved my two loaders. They were polite and got the job done quickly. The guys were patient and worked through the moving mess. I would definitely recommend them Load Up!
Excellent customer service from start to finish! I absolutely love how I was able to book everything online and if I had a question I could call and someone would answer within minutes that was knowledgeable! During the day of my LoadUp appointment, I was matched with Alan who was 10/10 he called 30 minutes prior told me his ETA was right on time took my old mattress and was on his way!
