The experience from start to finish was seamless. I called and was able to get scheduled right away and I felt like the agent explained the process very thoroughly. I made sure to have my boxes prepped outside my home and they came to pick them up, no issues. I would highly recommend this solution. 10/10 experience!
In this day and time, you’re not sure what you’re going to get for a company online. From the very beginning, the website was very reassuring, very professional and very detailed. My experience with LoadUp Junk Removal was spot on! Cesar, was courteous and extremely helpful. Their prices are extremely fair. I wholeheartedly recommend LoadUp Junk Removal. BTW, this was my second time using them and definitely will not be last!
I'm really disgusted with this company that makes such a big deal about their "guaranteed prices". Don't believe it. I got one of their "guaranteed prices" after sending careful photos and descriptions. The next day when I went back to confirm and schedule a date they decided they didn't like the price they gave me and added on another $1,300!! Infuriating
