I had a mattress, flatscreen tv, and three dressers picked up because I can’t take them with me on my move cross-country. Heidi and her helper were very efficient and mindful of my roommate’s cats and fragile items nearby. Everything got loaded up within 5 minutes, even having to take the stairs. She was also communicative through text so I knew when to expect them, which I appreciated. I highly recommend this service.
Great communication via the text message and letting me know the time frame of when they will arrive. Only reason it wasn't a 5 star because I called the number provided for my loader but no answer or callback. Outside of that Great service!
A man and woman came in and got rid of our super big couch very quickly. I didn’t get to speak to them much, but they were efficient and quick. Thank you so much!
They were polite and professional. Once they got to me home they went right to work.
