Booked in advance and they wanted to cancel or show up extremely late. I needed to move asap so said if they can get there by 8pm that would be ok. They showed up 90 mins late. Movers were very elderly man who were nice but too old for this kind of work. They took their time and did not take proper care when moving my possessions. Few items fell off their carts and have damage as well as paint chipped off doorways and walls.

Great company. Very responsive. Great customer service skills. Very decent prices. The process itself re the actual pick up and removal of items was smooth as silk. All employees/representatives/workers were very polite and professional. Would use their services again! Actually will be booking another project tomorrow. I highly recommend.

Superb job removing two couches from my New York City apartment. It was not an easy job and the two team members were fantastic taking the couches apart to get them out the door. They earned the tip and my gratitude. I would definitely recommend LoadUp.
