Very friendly and a professional establishment
I am very grateful for all they have done for me. Everyone is so kind and understanding.
Left 4 messages with NO response!!!! Got.a text but no phone call! As requested!! Left another messge but NO ONE answers. I don't have any faith in them!!!!!! UPDATE! FINALLY spoke to LOA...they can not provide any assistance for in home needs for 5 YEARS!!! I guess I was right not to have any faith in them. I assure you Heather didn't care one way or the other!! So sad - a service that is supposed to provide service really provides none!
This agency is a joke. I requested a one time transportation for my 94 year old mother to attend her only grand daughter's wedding and was told that they didn't travel to Bedford County, but would travel to Covington! Go figure! I don't recommend the people to anyone.
Excellent experience in finding options for elderly parents. Professional and knowledgeable staff.
