I can say, without a doubt, that I tried to give this group a fair shot at providing a service for me. Scheduled an appointment via waitlist since the first week of March that was not fulfilled; there was no communication informing me that this waitlist appointment could not be fulfilled, nor status update, nor a greeting other than the email received once booking the appointment. Update after a bad experience.. the owner called me and he was great! We both had a great conversation helped me with my report!
This is my second year using LNK tax group and I remain very happy. David spent time with me evaluating my situation and we ultimately ended up with my opening in SEP IRA Which saved me quite a bit. Communication was great and their portal for uploading documents was well organized and easy to use.
I'm a CPA on the corporate side and use Ara for my personal taxes. His tax strategies paid for his fees, and I learned from him. Great job!
