We were referred here for a loan and at first the staff seemed helpful. Once they realized it would be difficult, they gave up on us. We went to another bank that guided us through the process and helped us succeed. Would not recommend
I have called 3 times about trying to get a loan for our house and each time they send me to someone different and I have left three different voice-mail over the past 2 days and still no response. I know they aren't that busy that they can't call back for a 1-2 minute update at the very least.
