My Fiancee and I have been working with LNB for our mortgage. Today we decided to go into the Fairport branch and sign up to have a checking and savings account. We had the most amazing experience with Vicky that I have ever had at a bank. She clearly takes pride in her job and has been there for a very long time. Terrible bank, I left them and would never go back. If you value your money you should go elsewhere. Anywhere else. Seriously, trust me
The only reason for the 4 star rating is the online banking app is archaic and not up to the same standards as other online banking apps. The people are friendly and always helpful when I call or stop in to the Fairport location.
Bad experience. I had the vice president of the company, Robert Flowers, reach out to me via email to schedule and interview for a position I applied for. I responded with availability and never heard back..... I even sent a follow up email...... I was completely ghosted when he's the one who reached out to me first. Terrible communication and very unprofessional. Don't waste your time.
Lyons national bank is the worst bank I've ever used. They are not compatible with any other online platform, whether its Venmo, UKG wallet, etc. I cant even use the routing and checking and have a successful online transaction whatsoever. I literally have to use my other bank account and send them checks via snail mail in order to move money over into that account. I couldn't even send money to my account using a debit card that I have through them in order to have a faster transaction. Mobile deposit? Forget it, that also ... read more
