We have had a good experience with both personal and business checking accounts. However, the drive-thru can be quite slow
Drive through not open again. It sould be open at 8:30, today after 9 and still not open. I did ask about it when I went in, they had no answer as to why. Maybe they should change the times on the doors and web page to match the times they decide to open it.
Have been sitting in the drive thru for more then 7 min and no help
I phoned LNB, near the end of the week, to inquire about opening and account without entering the bank. The man who spoke with me was understanding about my health concerns and offered available options the bank could offer, but said he would need to run this past his department boss. He said he would try to get back to me the next day. I indicated "Monday would be fine." And he said, "Okay then. Tuesday at the very latest."
