Love how they answer the phone and treat you like a human being!
The ladies who work here must not get to assert their authority at home with their husbands because on the phone they get livid just trying to get customer service. And talk down to you in a condescending manner, then hang up. Then must need to assert more power and control at home instead of at work on the phone. They can't do simple math either.
