In my opinion and experience (50+ years of banking in the USA) Lyons National Bank is the WORST BANK ON EARTH! They care more about themselves than about you. They think they can decide how, where and when you can spend your money. They refuse to fix their "fraud detection" making it almost impossible to shop online. The system is at once too sensitive and too stupid to do even an adequate job. I am told by the bank that my only alternative, is to forgo any and all 'fraud detection' which would leave me liable if I did get h... read more
25% of LNB's Google reviews are 1*. Would you eat at a restaurant with those stats? LNB, is just that unpleasant. Head on over to Community Bank, or a credit union, or anywhere other than here, and save yourself the headache of having to switch later, as we have finally decided to do.
