Amazing second mile effort by the Penn Yan's LNB manager, Leah Hodges so I could continue banking at my home town bank. Also, the 15 fotos of the construction of my cellar here in Ocotepec, suburb of Cuernavaca, Morelos, México, Leah has made it possible to obtain the money needed to finish the cellar before the rains begin, 1° God, in late May, early June. In my opinion and experience (50+ years of banking in the USA) Lyons National Bank is the WORST BANK ON EARTH! They care more about themselves than about you. They think they can decide how, where and when you can spend your money. They refuse to fix their "fraud detection" making it almost impossible to shop online. The system is at once too sensitive and too stupid to do even an adequate job.
