They disqualified my membership after I deposited over $500. They required a Kentucky drivers license! Did not accept my passport, nor my current valid Alaska driver's license, nor social security proof of income with my name and ss# letter from the us government! It took them over 4 months to send me my deposit because check was lost and then they required a notarized response on a document that had no place for a notary stamp. I am filing this review to warn others about L&N Federal Credit Union’s deceptive mortgage practices and failure to provide legally required documentation. I submitted a formal demand letter via Certified Mail, requesting verification of my mortgage ownership, including the original promissory note, full chain of title, tax compliance documents, and proof of securitization status.
