Best bank ever the one I use is in New Albany Indiana the tellers are super nice the building is nice and clean they offer no hassle banking highly recommend 👌

This is the ONLY credit union that wants to hold my paycheck for 5days. I could understand if it was a personal check but a business???? All of the other L&Ns deposit it in my savings account as requested. This branch is within walking distance of my home, I have to drive to Louisville for 5 star service. I’m beginning to believe it’s my race. I never have a good experience here my 4th time trying. I’m done! What an inconvenience they did to me today!
