This is the ONLY credit union that wants to hold my paycheck for 5days. I could understand if it was a personal check but a business???? All of the other L&Ns deposit it in my savings account as requested. This branch is within walking distance of my home, I have to drive to Louisville for 5 star service. I’m beginning to believe it’s my race. I never have a good experience here my 4th time trying. I’m done! What an inconvenience they did to me today!

Caitlyn was amazing! 10/10 experience on Saturday. I was also working with Tiffani (who is also great!). when I came to the bank on a busy Saturday Caitlyn was working alone and did an excellent job! She was able to multi-task managing the lobby, drive thru, and trying to tie up some loose ends for me. It was overwhelming and nonstop. Caitlyn did great! She was calm, friendly, and worked efficiently to help each member.
