Been waiting to get an issue Resolved for three days no return phone call no assistance very poor customer service. And I am not gonna stop until customers are heard. And not discriminated against.
This branch doesn’t seem to believe in US currency or customer service. I used the atm to get cash out and then went physically into the branch to break two of the 20s down into 5s and 1s and was told they won’t do that. Even though the cash came directly from their atm less than 2 minutes prior they refused to break the bills down for me. Not sure what the world is coming to when a bank won’t break down large bills that came directly from them in the first place.
