Used to do tons of business with this company. Pre-covid they were one of the best rustic vendors out there. Prices were fair for all kinds of product. Next thing you know they went up on prices about 25 - 30% and half of the staff was fired or left… The owner is more concerned about raising prices than providing new catalogs for his dealers… Peter customers don’t want to look pictures on tablet or computer. ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. I had a horrible experience on the phone with them. The lady on the phone was EXTREMELY rude. I asked a simple question about a piece of furniture, and escalated the conversation very quickly. I have hardly ever been treated so badly by someone in business. She must have been the owner or manager because she said “ I don’t sell to…”. I would never ever go there, and I encourage everyone to do the same. I can buy overpriced furniture elsewhere.
