Loujin Khalil gave me inaccurate information that could have ruined my entire immigration plan. He told me that I am not eligible for the PEQ because I did not complete the majority of my studies in French. After doing my own research, I found out that this rule had been changed. When I confronted him about it, he did not respond. In fact, he hasn’t responded to a single email after our consultation.
