Taylor is a joke. She does not deserve the postion she is in and abusing her authority! I think the company should look into her, and see how much of a horrible person she is.
If you plan on growing with this company. Better hope you are in the right friends group..... Small town employer where all the upper management friends and only allow their friends to grow. Also, lots of the "favorites" game going on . If you are a yes man you will be fine. If you are not in their group, expect to be used and abused.
