I’ve read wonderful reviews about LMH Physical Therapy and was eager to experience their care. However, their lack of responsiveness has been very disappointing. Since the beginning of the week, I’ve been caught in a frustrating game of phone tag. Over the last three days, I left at least five messages asking for a call back to schedule an appointment, but no one ever returned my calls. Karen Ely is amazing and my son just absolutely adores her and looks forward to each appointment. She makes PT look easy and fun! My son has had so much growth over the time spent with Karen. I highly recommend this office to anyone that has children with special needs!
Karen Ely is a miracle worker. She helped my son so much! When we started he couldn’t even tilt his head backwards or walk without being in his tip toes. She walked us through all of the scientific things she was doing and did it in a very enjoyable way that Skyler was always interested. Skyler loved going to see her every time. Never complained once. I would highly recommend her for any pediatric physical therapy.
We have been coming here for the last year and a half or so and absolutely love all of the help and how sweet Randi has been with our kiddo and his progression. I couldn’t recommend her more if you’re looking for a speech therapist for your little one!
