I had a knee and shoulder injury which was making daily life difficult. I was fortunate to receive treatment from Nick whose thoughtful and thorough plan for my rehab restored my strength and ability to live my life with little or no pain. Highly recommend classes here, particularly classes with Joe DeLeo. His Run Strong class is one of the highlights of my weekly routine. It helps me to feel healthy both mentally and physically, and I have no doubt others will benefit from it as well. This is not your ordinary fitness class because it truly teaches you about your own body and how to stay healthy as you age and continue to participate in athletics. LMH Performance & Wellness Center and Dr. Greaves are exceptional. Dr. Greaves treated me for a sports injury (partial shoulder dislocation) and also a back injury resulting from an accident. His individualized care went far beyond treating pain and restoring function.
