Very friendly staff. Usually no wait time which is very nice (especially if you go inside, drive thru can be slow at times but what bank drive thru isn't slow?) Great rates for home and car loans. Website is easy to navigate. Only downside is it is difficult to move money out of LMCU to another bank through their website. I have to use another bank to pull the money but the free checks more than make up for that inconvenience.
The only reason this place isn't getting 5 stars is their policy on no hats. But this review aimed towards Lisa McNeel. I had a pretty bad case of fraud hit my account and I was not having a good time and I was sleep deprived. She was extremely patient, understanding and helped me get through the entire process and one of the other ladies that worked there, helped get my process going faster so I could get home and get to sleep. Hands down the best banking experience I’ve had for personal accounts! And I’ve lived in multiple states and used many. The few issues I’ve had (mostly user error…) they quickly and correctly helped me take care of with excellent customer service. Lisa at the West Main office has especially always been very helpful and kind. I highly recommend using this credit union if you are looking for a new and better banking experience!
