Hands down the best banking experience I’ve had for personal accounts! And I’ve lived in multiple states and used many. The few issues I’ve had (mostly user error…) they quickly and correctly helped me take care of with excellent customer service. Lisa at the West Main office has especially always been very helpful and kind. I highly recommend using this credit union if you are looking for a new and better banking experience!

LMCU as a whole, has been a wonderful credit union for me! The team at west main has helped me with two car loans, my mortgage and every day transactions. My loan procedures were explained well and were an easy process. I’ve been with this credit union forever, they helped me from afar when I was in the military and stationed far away. Highly recommend this branch!!
Everyone at this branch is super helpful and always kind. This is my favorite branch to do my business at. The branch manager Lynn Wichman is a sweetie everyone else is top notch! This is the West Main branch I go to.
