LMCU as a whole, has been a wonderful credit union for me! The team at west main has helped me with two car loans, my mortgage and every day transactions. My loan procedures were explained well and were an easy process. I’ve been with this credit union forever, they helped me from afar when I was in the military and stationed far away. Highly recommend this branch!!
Everyone at this branch is super helpful and always kind. This is my favorite branch to do my business at. The branch manager Lynn Wichman is a sweetie everyone else is top notch! This is the West Main branch I go to.
Unbelievable, is credit unions and Banks want you to be members, but they cannot offer simple change unless you're a member. "It is our policy not to give change unless you're a member" So much for customer service and wanting to be a member here
