I had the best experience with an advisor today. The systems were down and Audrey Vels did everything in her power to push through. She was very patient with me and very attentive to my needs and concerns.
Very unprofessional and inept at the task at hand. Constantly ignoring calls in effort to update the status of my loan and move forward. Slow and very uncoordinated with obtaining information on documents they have had possession of for a month. Improperly fulfilling my request on clarification, communication and transparency in a timely manner. Examples are asking for more specific wording on a contract the bank has had for over a month and only requesting one piece of information every other day instead of fully inspecting... read more
Terrible!!! Worst service
Karen and Lauren were exceptional. We came in two days ago and applied for a personal loan. We were explained our options within detail an great communication. Lauren got all of our information and in two days Karen was reaching out stating we were approved. I arrived at the branch to receive my debit card and had a folder waiting for me with my name on it with all related documents. If you are looking for a credit union, I HIGHLY recommend LMCU
