Karen and Lauren were exceptional. We came in two days ago and applied for a personal loan. We were explained our options within detail an great communication. Lauren got all of our information and in two days Karen was reaching out stating we were approved. I arrived at the branch to receive my debit card and had a folder waiting for me with my name on it with all related documents. If you are looking for a credit union, I HIGHLY recommend LMCU
“I have been a member for years. Yesterday I called to open a joint account with my partner, who is also a long-time member. The representative I spoke with was unable to answer my questions and kept placing me on hold to ask someone else. After multiple holds, I politely asked to speak directly with the person she was consulting. She told me it was the manager and assured me the manager would call me back within a few minutes. Called 20 mins before closing and had very rude and disrespectful customer service. Could have politely refused service instead of letting me know you want to go home early. Will go out of my way to avoid going back to this location.
