MY name is Concepcion Mazariegos Santizo. On 8/3/2024, I went to the Immokalee branch because it was urgent to do a transaction. (Collier is my home branch their Customer service is A+) At Immokalee branch I had the most bad experience. The teller was very rude. I asked her to cash a check and to deposit, and her answer was that she was going to deposit the check and that she was going to do whatever she wanted to do. Great service and very friendly staff! Also good product offering
Difficult to deal with at times, especially the local branch’s.
The staff had a vary nasty attitude never going to return.
