Poor overall customer service.
MY name is Concepcion Mazariegos Santizo. On 8/3/2024, I went to the Immokalee branch because it was urgent to do a transaction. (Collier is my home branch their Customer service is A+) At Immokalee branch I had the most bad experience. The teller was very rude. I asked her to cash a check and to deposit, and her answer was that she was going to deposit the check and that she was going to do whatever she wanted to do. Maybe that was the right way to do the transaction, but not the right way to communicate to me. And her tone... read more
I’m proud to call Angie my banker! She knows her stuff and has helped me more times then I can think of with our crazy spur of the moment life. LMCU is a great bank to be with!
