Very relaxed atmosphere ,staff friendly and physio was very helpful to assist me in getting some of my mobility back after the muscle in my right knee was painful and wasn't working properly. Would definitely use again in the future.

Difficult to put into words how grateful I am for Loren's ongoing support in rehabilitating a knee injury. As well as being a first-rate physiotherapist, her NHS clinical background has also been invaluable in helping me to get the best out of the NHS. She is just brilliant.

Very friendly and helpful service, always received prompt replies about my training queries! Big thanks to Loren for getting me running pain-free and back to races during rehab. Would definitely recommend.

My shoulder injury/issue, as a result of swimming, was identified quickly and is improving all the time. I have increased my speed and feel so much better. Loren is exceptional; very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. She also makes you feel at ease. The app is extremely useful as you can track your completion of the strengthening exercises and there are video demonstrations. All in all, a really positive experience and I recommend you give them a go! 5/5 and well worth every penny. Thank you.

So many thanks to Loren whose excellent treatment and advice has cleared my achilles tendon problem. I am now pain free and moving with such ease. I wouldn't hesitate to return with any injury in the future. Thanks again 🤸‍♂️🤸‍♂️ Yvonne
