schedule your appointment last minute no consideration of your work schedule, Then call 30 minutes before the appointment saying Canceling. after i’ve already woken up and driven half way. was able to reschedule at 11, still never inconvenience but the staff was very nice!
Aaron is smart, professional, listens and customizes the PT to fit the individual. And, in my case (knee replacement) gets results.
Good luck trying to get an appointment. They never call back! I tried several times to schedule. They never call back if you leave a message. Once I got a tentative appointment and they were to call back to confirm. Never called me back. I also called an actual location and left a message. They never called back. So we went elsewhere !
