My review is regarding customer service. I have not gotten a chance to take the class and was so turned off by my experience, that I'm contemplating giving my tickets to someone else. I bought tickets, from Groupon, for my mom and me to attend the class on Saturday. I wanted to try them out because I have several friends coming in town from New York in late March and wanted to take them.
