Had a lovely day at LM Spa! Kiana was fantastic, and the massage was exactly what I needed. Following it up with the pool, spa, and steam room was absolute bliss. The perfect way to unwind and relax!
We spent the afternoon having a facial, massage and foot massage. We had a wonderful experience with Holly C and Maira. Highly recommend both Holly and Maira for any treatment. Thank you. Lynda and Eva. x
Signage to the spa needs attention, we found ourselves circling through the zoo car park trying to find the spa, ended up having to right back out and come back in again, to see a tiny sign pointing down a pot-holed road .... Receptionist was bland, and no-one there to assist us, ladies toilet door was locked, no-one to help us. Definitely not the quality I expected, especially driving for over 1-hour to get there. I had the most amazing experience at the LM Spa. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so relaxing and welcoming. The girls were absolutely wonderful — friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I had a massage and facial, and honestly I walked out feeling completely refreshed, relaxed, and amazing.
