I had a really lovely experience at the spa overall. Amy B is an amazing massage therapist—professional, attentive, and made the whole session so relaxing. The pool area was clean and enjoyable too. The biggest downside was the bathroom—it was quite dirty, a bit old and small, and honestly felt more like a 3-star facility, especially for a weekday visit. A mixed experience for me. My locker didn’t have robe or slippers, I got a set from the person who arrived just after me. However the robe didn’t fit my big body. (Fair, I’m large but just a heads up for anyone else.) When I spoke to the reception two days prior I let them know that I have an intolerance for lavender, I was told they could accommodate me. I had the massage and facial at LM Spa by Iri. Her hands are like magic. It was the best massage i have had. Great service, polite staff, amazing amenities. Highly reccomend them.
I had an amazing experience at the spa today. Maria did both my massage and facial, and she was absolutely incredible. The products she used smelled beautiful and felt so luxurious. I walked out feeling relaxed, refreshed, and pampered from head to toe. Highly recommend!
