A mixed experience for me. My locker didn’t have robe or slippers, I got a set from the person who arrived just after me. However the robe didn’t fit my big body. (Fair, I’m large but just a heads up for anyone else.) When I spoke to the reception two days prior I let them know that I have an intolerance for lavender, I was told they could accommodate me. I had the massage and facial at LM Spa by Iri. Her hands are like magic. It was the best massage i have had. Great service, polite staff, amazing amenities. Highly reccomend them.
I had an amazing experience at the spa today. Maria did both my massage and facial, and she was absolutely incredible. The products she used smelled beautiful and felt so luxurious. I walked out feeling relaxed, refreshed, and pampered from head to toe. Highly recommend!
Had a very relaxing experience at LM SPA. The massage and facial was amazing 😌
No service according to the price. Pool was dirty and water was not even lukewarm. The lady was only rubbing oil on the body, didn’t do pressure massage, Changing room wet and slippery. Steam Room made such a terrible noise while I was sitting inside.
