I visited the spa twice during my holiday at the Alamanda Palm Cove, great treatments by Julia, fantastic massage.
The online booking system is cumbersome with no listed prices and dealing with the receptionists was a terrible experience, had to call several times just to get through then speak with a receptionist who had an unhelpful attitude the whole time. The facial and hair treatments themselves were wonderful and Courtney, my therapist for the day, gave me an incredible massage.
I had the signature rose facial by Amy and it was amazing. Every single minute was pure relaxation. I will be back.
We booked massages at LM Spa as part of our babymoon, and overall, the experience was a mix of positives and letdowns. The reception staff were absolutely lovely and made us feel very welcome from the start. Arriving a bit early, we were given complimentary access to the pool and could order snacks poolside, which was a fantastic and relaxing way to begin.
