While I Had the account, getting help or advice about anything was a pain. Upon closing the account, they couldnt get my address right and sent the check 2 or 3 times to the wrong address. This ended up making me not able to do a direct roll-over as over 60 days elapsed (even though I called them numerous times changing my address). After all of this headache, my 1099-R came in and they had added the cost of 2 of the checks they send to me as my account amount, so that had to be fixed.....
