I have held a wholesale discount since 2014. Recently I decided to purchase some linen from L&M Home and I was told that they had deactivated my account purely because I had not spent money with them in a few years. We have experienced hardship and have had 2+ years of COVID etc. I think this is very unfair. They clearly have no respect or loyalty for their customers. Very disappointed-
As part of a renovation, we purchased gorgeous linen and cushions from L&M. The look and feel of the French linen is stunning. Each room has its own fabulous look. There was an issue with one sheet which was less good quality and needed replacing. The replacement arrived today. The ongoing communication over many months, due to Covid, was exceptional. Service like this which goes above and beyond is rare to find these days!
Wonderful experience dealing with the girls at L&M Home whilst in lockdown! They were extremely patient with me and assisted me with all my enquiries. Love my sheet and quilt cover set which promptly arrived at my doorstep after placing my order. Highly recommend this business. We need to support small business during these challenging times.Thank-you once again L&M Home.
