What is up L&M I come to your shop on Saturday for a oil change. I've got my oil changed with you in the past. Now all of a sudden you can't reset my car. After my oil change my car still said oil change required. The tec claimed he didn't have the proper technology to do so I spend $91.00plus change and they couldn't finish the job properly. I hope Corporate reads this. because I'm being serious. Corporate you need to replace Jackson Schauer as store manager. This guy has no people skills the turn over rate of employee's at the Grand Rapids store is ridiculous. He talks down to his employee's' in a condescending manor.
