Very professional and compassionate care home, delivering the highest care to every individual with a massive family feel and ethos. Couldn’t fault the individualised care plan my grandfather received along with the effective communication.
LIys GWyn care home is amazing .. My brother has outstanding care and on going the staff are fantastic nothing is to much trouble .. well trained staff .no natter what's happening they phone to inform me every step of the way ..the food is superb and my brother has been rely trying for them on many acation.. we as a family cant thank the staff enough ..I would highly recommend Llys Gwyn a proper family atmosphere friendly and very honest when asked anything and always do their best to help and understanding their residence..... read more
