Lloyds designed and created my beautiful extending dining table and matching buffet! They are gorgeous and the staff has always been wonderful. They stand behind their products. When I accidentally scratched the base of my buffet, they sent repair oil! When I moved out west and thought I lost the pins that hold up shelves in my buffet, they immediately offered to replace them for me. Excellent all around! From the time we walked into the showroom until our new furniture was delivered they were very nice to deal with . The whole family ( family owned instead of a corporate box store) including the delivery guys were friendly and professional. Can’t say enough nice things about Lloyd’s furniture. They made us feel like part of the family instead of a sale. Highly recommend
We purchased a new bedroom suite. We were told it would take 6 weeks to be made. We were renovating the bedroom so we were good with this. After 3 weeks we were called and told we needed to pay the balance so the bedroom set could be delivered. When we questioned the quick turnaround the women on the phone said we were getting the floor model. We said no we purchased a new set that was being made for us. Bought a Wormy/Ambrosia Maple live edge dining table with 6 chairs for $4600 (first time buying from them) The finishing and the stain looks perfect but the table is supposed to be hardwood and first day my toddler daughter was able to put a dent with a light toddler spoon. Then some more appeared in following 5 days. My wife called and the rude man on phone was dismissive saying “I dont know what your toddler is doing” “thats why we dont use pine as its easy to scratch” “blah blah blah” and asked for us to email in pictures... read more
