I recently had my card cancelled whilst on holiday, I went into Clevedon branch, now that Portishead is closed, and had excellent service, card sorted, nice to see that most of the Portishead staff were there, keep up the good work.

Amazing trip to Lloyds in Clevedon where Vicky updated my account and streamlined all my saving accounts and opened an ISA for me...Jane and all the team brilliant ...Vicky today spent an hour helping me cancel accounts I never use
