1. Lloyds Daventry is closed in Fridays 2. When I wanted to close the Fixed Bond 1 year account because I changed my mind after 4 days, they charged me a fee of 27 pounds. Don't want complain but it's not a pro customers attitude

Online says it shuts at 17:00, when you travel to the branch, it becomes apparent that they clock off at 15:30 (times on the door). Banks don't shut a 15:30. I think I need to find a new bank. I'd also gone to the Towcester branch yesterday to find it's shut altogether.
