I cannot sing the praises of Zoe enough. We went in with a very unusual enquiry and it was dealt with efficiently and professionally even despite us not holding a Lloyds account. It was incredibly refreshing to see such a high level of service in todays day and age. 10/10.
Do not go to on a Saturday!! Incredibly slow service from inept staff
An excellent bank which is well maintained. I don't know the name of the cashier that dealt with me, today but she was professional in her work and really nice to get on with. She also spoke about the things I like and was really friendly.
Great people but the stock answer to everything is "Sorry but you need to go on line"
It's a nice bank inside and very helpful both the ilfracombe and barnstaple branches.
