Lloyds Bank is one of the worst banks in the UK. Their staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. When asked anything, they repeatedly respond with, “We are sorry,” without offering real assistance. I strongly advise anyone considering opening a bank account in the UK to choose another bank—do not open an account with Lloyds. Additionally, they provide misleading information, and even their managers are often unable to provide solutions. The worst service ever!! I queued for half an hour, and there are still only two receptionists at the counter. The queue is hardly moving. I question the efficiency of this branch—they should have arranged for more receptionists to improve the service!! They printed a three-month bank statement covering 78 days and convinced me it was 90 days! I hope the embassy has as poor math skills as you do, so they’ll grant my visa!
