Totally unfamliar with service, bad attitude, no customer care at all. Left the branch with bad mood. Don't come to this branch!!!
Absolutely disgusting customer service! Could not give me a reason as to why they couldn’t complete a simple task for me. Even though Lloyds telephone banking customer service said they could!! Outright refused not a word of apology from cashier or branch manager. Just plain rude and arrogant. From the get go as soon as you enter this place not hello, smile nothing. Very robotic, all available staff just sitting behind screens! I will be avoiding this branch in future and use the city centre branch instead.
