Not customer friendly. Trust me… Not a fake review despite the business claiming such... the fact they would just post a reply claiming my review was fake instead of trying to address the issue and reaching out to me is just more evidence of the same. Not customer friendly.
Beautiful, carefully curated items. Various price points, which I like. I have shopped here for years with NEVER a bad experience. I noticed a couple of negative customer service reviews but this has never been my experience. Staff is very helpful but also lets you walk around w/out hovering. Beautiful store!!
Was trying to enjoy a bit of shopping after lunch. The ladies were watching us like we were theives and then ask me to go to the front of the store. WTH? We walked right on out. No purchase today or ever again. Just sorry I spent $400 bucks last time. Try to regulate your rude meter.
I wish the customer service (horrible) at this store matched their quality selection of home decor and gift items. I’ve spent hundreds, probably thousands, in this store over the years, and the bad customer service encounters I’ve had outnumber the good 5:1. Today was another example. No greeting, no “let me know if you need anything,” nothing. I was the only customer in the store.
