I went with my mom to her hearing test appointment with Evelyn last week, and we had a very pleasant experience. Evelyn was incredibly respectful and took the time to explain each step clearly. She truly cares about her patients and makes them feel comfortable and welcomed. Vivian at the front desk was also amazing; so kind and helpful from start to finish.
