I honestly don’t know what I’d do without all the lovely people that work here. I found out my aunt hadn’t filled her taxes in years so it was a big mess helping her. I was in the office dropping off papers once a week for over a month. Asking questions. Getting advice. They are always in and always so helpful. I only call once a year or so and they always know my name and are so friendly like we just spoke last week. No matter who answers the phone, they understand exactly what i need even if I'm not sure. When i needed financial advice, i talked to Bob the same day. He took time to clearly explain my options. Feels professional and personal at the same time.

I would not use this firm if you have a high student loan balance. They were ill prepared to provide any type of tax advice related to student loan repayment plans such as the tax implications related to the income based repayment options provided under federal student loans and how filing a joint tax return v. individual tax return for a married couple can impact your repayment options. If you are lucky enough to not have to worry about the above, you will be in good hands with this company.

I was referred to Lloyd financial services in 2016. They have done a great job with my taxes. Bob stays on top of all of the current tax laws, helping me file taxes while staying within current federal and state guidelines. So grateful that I found this gem of a company.
