Unfortunately, this was an extremely frustrating experience from start to finish this last year. Responses were delayed, explanations were vague, and I felt more confused after speaking with them than before. Professional firm. Laura and Whitney are very involved and available.
In my experience they do not respond in a timely fashion or sometimes at all, even to very basic questions.
