We love the stools but they weren't put together properly. We bought them in 2020, and the backs never stay tight. So I complained to Ambisco (manufacturer) and sent pictures of the stools. They replied that they weren't put together properly, and are sending us new hardware, that we have to remove the backs and reinstall. You'll see in the pic that the staples and paper were left on, they were supposed to be removed. Ordered stools at the beginning of December. It is now May 22nd. No stools. Very unprofessional with how they deal with clients. Have little to no knowledge about what is happening. Offered me a 10 percent discount but still not sure when they would arrive. Very dissatisfied with the experience.
Such a great experience, no pressure to decide on anything or hurry up. They listened to my preferences and didn't try to push more expensive products at me. The stools are great quality and I'm looking forward to using mine for years to come
