Ordered stools at the beginning of December. It is now May 22nd. No stools. Very unprofessional with how they deal with clients. Have little to no knowledge about what is happening. Offered me a 10 percent discount but still not sure when they would arrive. Very dissatisfied with the experience.
Such a great experience, no pressure to decide on anything or hurry up. They listened to my preferences and didn't try to push more expensive products at me. The stools are great quality and I'm looking forward to using mine for years to come
The whole purchase experience with Lil Stoolhouse was fantastic. Linda was happy to offer us advice to help us design our home, was always available to communicate with us, and the products we purchased are top quality. As a young couple starting out, we would recommend them to all!
Art was so helpful in narrowing down style and finish options; supplying us with fabric swatches and an extensive catalogue to look through. We also got to test some options at home to help make our decision which was so helpful. Love our new pieces!
