I installed 2 new Llebroc seats on a customers boat. The first time they got used, they developed a high pitch squeak from where the post joins the chair base. Tightening screws and lubricating joint made no difference. I called tech support and left a message. Two and a half weeks later I got a call from a person at Llebroc who promptly put me on perpetual hold for tech support, after 15 minutes on hold I hung up. We will be removing these squeaky seats and learning a $2000 lesson, these seats suck.

Very very slow and not easy to communicate with. The product overall is good. But they need better management and customer service.

I had a great experience getting new OEM seats for my 2006 Champion 198. I shopped around and went with Lleboc, great quality and exactly the same size and shape as original. I'm 6'6", 275lbs and already have a tight fit at the helm. Other shops had designs that took up more depth and would make it even tighter for me. I also had a nice selection of colors and textures. Llebroc did a great job and was easy to work with, we're very happy!

My expensive Llebroc seat ripped apart at a seam under normal wear. Rest of the seat looks great. The Champions at Llebroc have refused to repair. Even for a fee which I let them know I would be happy to pay. They wouldn’t even help with getting new material. CRAP support. Pretty sure this seat cost me about $8000 and was with their premium upholstery. Expect a low seat life. And even lower customer support. This same material is still available on ordered seats. BUYER BEWARE
