Been banking at Hill Country National Bank (HCB) in Burnet TX for many years. I now live in another area of TX but still maintain accounts at HCB. These are very good people and are always there for me, to answer questions and handle ny banking needs. I have always done my banking through Shannel Parker. She is extremely knowledgeable in all of HCB's products and processes-- a pleasure to work. Highly recommend this bank and their personnel, especially Shannel. Personal service lives at this bank...
Just wanted to let everyone know what a great bank there is in Burnet TX. Shanell and Julie were fantastic at making sure we had all the services we were needing, and went the extra yard to make us feel at home. If anyone lives in the area and is looking for a bank, give Hill Country National Bank a look. You will be happy you did.
Best lending experience getting a loan ever. Took me literally 30 minutes in and out. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Staff is very helpful. I ended up closing all my existing accounts at other banks and using them directly. Talk with Ken Powell at the Burnet branch for any lending questions. Great overall experience and now my only bank.
The service I received at Hill Country Bank for my construction loan and mortgage loan was exceptional! I was communicated with frequently throughout all stages.
