My cousin went into Llanfair private pay $24,000.00 was given to them before she could be admitted She was there four 16 days and passed away. We have been trying since April 17th to get our refund of $17,000.00 for her familThe administrator Yanell is of no help what so ever. I have spoken with her numerous times.I would not recommend this facility to anyune. It has been horrible they have no right to hold on to her money that the family needs
When my Mom came to Llanfair House I was really concerned I would have to find her long term care after her discharge. She has been in and out of hospitals and rehabs for the past six weeks . In just one week at Llanfair house my mom was back her to her baseline. I believe the staff knows what they are doing in terms of memory care and physical therapy. Great customer service. Mom and Pop feel of a facility. Lots of employees have been there a long time which is always comforting when looking into rehab/long term care. Knowledgeable team and very friendly staff.
Highly recommend! The customer service is outstanding and always willing to help in any way. My parent needs 24 hour care, and from day one, we've had excellent communication between us. My mom is very happy and loves the staff.
