I have done my taxes twice with Llamas. The fact that she is knowledgeable, detailed and quick at completing the taxes and her other services, amazes me. My taxes are complex and she completes them quickly in less than 30 minutes. I have come in last minute and she gets through her appointments throughly and quickly; She is still able to squeeze me in and complete my taxes. She is a hard worker has amazing customer service, and cares about helping her community with understanding the processes.

He venido a este lugar donde me ayudaron a resolver un gran problema de adeudo del IRS por un fraude de otro preparador de impuesto y eso me ha causado mucho desconfianza con otras oficinas, no sabia ni que hacer ni a donde ir, pero gracias a Dios aquí Lorena con su amplio conocimiento y profesionalismo pudo sacarme de este problema. Ya puedo dormir y tengo la confianza de que es una persona muy capaz. Desde entonces no la cambio desde 2019 qué vengo aquí sin falta ha hacer mis impuestos.
