I would never ever go here. They are unprofessional and sketchy. We had them do our simple taxes 2 years in a row and we got a certified letter from the IRS stating that they were done wrong and we owed about $2000 plus interest. There were errors both years. We are a family of 5... Very simple taxes. How did that even happen. LL tax really had nothing to say about how they were sorry. I would NEVER go here.

Similar to other person's rating, never returns calls. He made an error on my 2014 taxes and I overpaid. I attempted several times and left voice messages 3 times for a return call. No reply. I went to another tax preparer and confirmed his error. Very, very disappointed. I had my taxes prepared by him for over 10 years.

He is the most irresponsible person I have ever deal with. lost my taxes from 2011. 2012 and 2013 and now he won't answer my calls. now I have lost my return for 2013, and all my documents because his negligence. and now I have to start all over again. be very careful of this person. I do not recommend this guy neither leave your documents for more than a day.
