I returned over $800 worth of merchandise and not a penny was returned to me, it filed for bankruptcy and I got no refund, no flooring.
Extremely disappointed with David and Germain. Germain convinced me to pay $35 for them to come to my house to measure my house and advise how many boxes I Needed. The contractor came to my house and measured and was really great and said David and Germain would call me with a quote and next steps. I called 3 days later and spoke to David and he told me he can’t send me the quote until I decide which floor I want. Which was never communicated to me.
