Great experience with this company! They were friendly, professional, and provided excellent service. They were able to quickly fix the issue with my phone’s charging port, and I really appreciated how helpful and honest they were. Fantastic service and fair pricing! I went in with an old Android that wasn’t charging, expecting to just replace the charging port. Joe was honest and informed me that because of other damages to the phone, the fix would be temporary. He advised that I should not invest in the cost of the repair, but replace my phone. I bought a reconditioned iPhone, but the next day realized I wanted a newer version. He took the first phone back, upgraded my phone, transferred all my data for a 2nd time and got my cellular service started.... read more
This is definitely where you need to go when you need a new screen or you need to get your tablet fixed or you’re looking for something new to replace an old one. These two brothers care about their customers and are top-notch when it comes to communication highly recommend.
Jason is amazing. I thought I knew what was wrong with my phone. He could have taken my cash and I would not have known any different. He fixed my phone while I waited and did not charge me a dime! I was wrong about what was wrong.
