Very disappointed with the treatment I received from your receptionist/ staff during my recent visit. Her attitude was dismissive and unhelpful from the moment I arrived. She seemed completely uninterested in answering my questions. I was rushed out of the room with the excuse that the next person was waiting, yet the room remained unused later on. I’ve tried the float therapy and absolutely loved it. Almost fell asleep towards the end and I feel deeply relaxed now. Came here with a sore shoulder wich really improved!
Lovely hidden gem in the far eastern suburbs, variety, rejuvenation & friendly atmosphere!
Disappointed that they won't honour two vouchers I got for Christmas. My daughter paid cash and we've given them the day they were purchased. In between moving house I lost the vouchers. I would have thought they could track it through cash sales on the day or through when vouchers were printed/issued
