Calendar invite was for the wrong time, they enforced the 24 hour cancellation window on me even though it wasn't my error. Poor customer service.
Great facilities, clear guidance and instructions, friendly and helpful staff, a very pleasant and relaxing new experience for me in the float pod, and good value. Thanks!
Can't say enough good things about this place. Profesional and friendly service. Owner and staff make you feel very welcome, in a great ambience. Reasonable prices and good specials, with a wide variety of treatments. Highly recommend.
I love to float here. They are very friendly and professional, the float tanks are crystal clean and the rooms are large. It's always a great experience.
