Is cab service is connected to MedAnswering as a person that used this place more then once. Please Do not waste your time they will cancel on you DAY OF TRIP they do not answer the phones. It's a real TRASHY PLACE. If I could give them Zero Stars I would
They are very unprofessional. They don't call to confirm appointments and they don't show up to take people to their appointments. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone.

The scheduled ride back home from the appointment went horrible! They were 30-40 minutes late, told us the would be there in ten minutes and while we waited out in the snow, they cancelled on us with no call. We tried calling them back numerous times and they didn't answer our calls. We we're lucky we were able to walk to the train nearby but it's absolutely unexpected if you're scheduling a Medicaid cab on time as requested and they make you wait almost an hour before cancelling and leaving you stranded in the middle of New... read more
